Thrive Terms of Service

By joining Thrive you agree to the following.

1. Service
Thrive is a paid service for founders. Your access renews on a yearly basis unless you cancel before your renewal date. Thrive includes a money back guarantee. If your first peer group call does not feel like a fit, you must email us within 72 hours of that call. Once you do, we will issue a full refund and close your membership. All other fees are non refundable unless noted in a written agreement.

2. Payment
You agree to keep a valid payment method on file and allow Thrive to charge it for any service you purchase.

3. Expectations
Thrive is built on humility, curiosity, and respect. You agree to show up with honesty, protect the privacy of other members, and contribute to your peer group. Harassment or harmful behavior leads to immediate removal.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Conversations inside Thrive stay inside Thrive. You agree to keep member stories, business details, and group discussions private unless the member gives clear approval for you to share something.

5. Peer Groups and Scheduling
Thrive places you in a peer group based on fit. Calls happen twice each month and schedules may shift as needed. Thrive does not guarantee exact group composition for the full year. We may reschedule calls or events when needed and will communicate changes promptly.

6. Retreats and Events
Retreats and events may require separate fees. Retreat payments are non refundable. If you cannot attend the retreat you paid for, Thrive will credit you toward a future retreat. If Thrive changes the date or location after you pay and you cannot attend because of that change, we will issue a full refund.

7. Recordings and Likeness
Some calls or events may be recorded for quality, training, or member experience. Thrive will never share recordings outside the service without clear approval. Group photos or general event footage may be used in Thrive materials, and we will never publish anything personal or sensitive without your approval.

8. Communication
Thrive will contact you by email or text about services, calls, events, and updates. By joining you allow us to send these.

9. Removal
Thrive may remove any member who harms the experience for others. This includes harassment, unethical behavior, or repeated failure to uphold community values. If you are removed, no refund will be issued.

10. Member Responsibility
You are responsible for attending calls and events you sign up for and for treating the experience with care.

11. Disputes
If you have a concern about your experience, contact Thrive so we can work with you to resolve it.

12. Liability
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Thrive does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

13. Changes to These Terms
Thrive may update these terms when needed. We will share any material changes with you.

14. Agreement
By joining Thrive you agree to these terms.
