The Thrive Summit Is a First of Its Kind Founder Event

October 21–22, 2025 - Convene - 30 S 17th St - Philadelphia

The Power of One.

Every entrepreneurship story begins the same way.

One person’s passion flares up, latches onto the one thing they’re meant to do for the rest of their lives. Whether it’s building, selling, helping others, leading, or creating, entrepreneurship is the manifestation of one person’s passion.

The Thrive Summit is the celebration of the power of one.

Unlike a typical conference with a few experts speaking to hundreds of attendees, you’ll be placed in a small crew from the start, and you’ll move through the entire summit with them.

Together, you’ll work through hard questions, challenge each other’s thinking, build real momentum, and become the best business owner you can be.

Who Is This For?

This is for founders who are all-in. People who’ve moved past the phase of pretending and are focused on getting better.

You take your work seriously and want to be around others who do the same. You’re showing up to grow, to learn, and to have conversations that actually move your business forward.

You might be in your first year, or already doing real revenue. That part doesn’t matter. What matters is how you show up, what you’re building, and the care you bring to it. This summit was built for founders like you.

Becoming The Modern Day Founder.

This summit is built around one idea: helping you become the modern-day founder.

The modern-day founder runs lean, prices with confidence, talks to customers constantly, makes decisions quickly, and builds something that lasts. You’ll hear talks and keynotes on these core behaviors that separate founders who get stuck from those who push forward. Then you’ll spend time in a small group with other founders, unpacking those ideas through real conversations. This is where the learning actually happens.

You’ll stay with the same group throughout the summit, building trust and challenging each other to make progress on what matters most. This format isn’t about passive listening. It’s about stepping in, sharing honestly, and moving forward together.

If you’re ready to grow into the next version of yourself, this is where it starts.

The Agenda of How We’ll Get There.

Tuesday, October 21st

Morning Session
We’ll start the day by coming back to the reason you’re here. Not just to learn something new, but to become someone sharper, more grounded, and harder to knock off course. These sessions are where we name what matters before the noise can creep in. They’ll remind you this isn’t just another event—it’s a turning point.

Why We’re Here: Becoming the Modern Day Founder
Every founder in this room made a decision to do it differently. This is about what it takes to build something real, and why you can’t do it alone anymore.

The Decision You’ve Been Avoiding
There’s always one call you keep putting off. In this session, you’ll sit with people who know exactly what that feels like, and finally name what needs to happen next.

What Your Customers Wish You’d Ask
Your customers already know what you’re missing. You’ll learn how to ask better questions, hear what they’re actually saying, and use those answers to get unstuck.

How to Charge What You're Worth
Most of us start by undercharging. We’ll talk about what changes when you finally believe in the value of what you’re building and price like it.

End of Day Session
Before we walk out, we’ll stop and look at what’s already shifted. The hard conversations. The decisions you started to make. The parts of your story you finally said out loud. These sessions aren’t just a close to the day. They’re a reminder that something real is starting to take hold and it’s on you to carry it home.

What No One Tells You About Founder-Led Sales

Sales doesn’t have to be chaotic or uncomfortable. You’ll hear how other founders made it work and start to shape a process you can actually stick to.

Earn the Right to Hire
Hiring feels like progress, but it only works when the business is ready for it. We’ll talk about what has to be in place before you bring someone on board.

Profit Is the Point
Growth looks good from the outside, but profit is what gives you breathing room. This is a conversation about building something sustainable on your terms.

The Power of One
Every business changes because one person decided to do something different. We’ll end the Summit by helping you figure out what your one thing is and how to act on it now.

Our Keynote Speakers!

Keynotes are usually terrible for a simple reason: They’re thinly veiled sales presentations.

Each keynote at the Thrive Summit features successful entrepreneurs who will simply share their stories.

We’ve carefully vetted each of them, and made sure that each of their situations showcases essential questions and challenges entrepreneurs go through.

From selling a company to a massive business to scaling an agency to seven figures in revenue and even an early acqui-hire play, these keynotes will give you raw, unfiltered accounts of successful entrepreneurship journeys you can directly relate to.

Where Is This Happening?

This is all happening at Convene in downtown Philadelphia. The space is bright, open, and built for focused conversation, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a layout that makes it easy to connect without distraction.

Right outside, you’ve got the energy of Center City, the charm of cobblestone streets, and the weight of real history. This is the birthplace of independence, but it’s also home to one of the most underrated founder scenes in the country.

You’ll be steps from Rittenhouse Square, surrounded by great food, good coffee, and blocks that feel built for momentum (or at least a soft pretzel from Federal Donuts).

The Power of One.

Entrepreneurship is a lonely road, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We all chose this path to challenge ourselves and pursue our dreams. Don’t let yourself become isolated by it.

The Thrive Summit is the only in-person event that will allow you to break through barriers, meet like-minded entrepreneurs, and actually work through challenges together.

The founder you are now isn’t the one who will walk out of this room.

What are the dates and location of the summit?

The summit takes place October 21–22 at Convene in downtown Philadelphia. You’ll spend two days in a structured, small-group experience with founders like you.
