The Thrive Summit Is a First of Its Kind Founder Event

October 21–22, 2025 - Convene - 30 S 17th St - Philadelphia

The Power of One.

Every entrepreneurship story begins the same way.

One person’s passion flares up, latches onto the one thing they’re meant to do for the rest of their lives. Whether it’s building, selling, helping others, leading, or creating, entrepreneurship is the manifestation of one person’s passion.

The Thrive Summit is the celebration of the power of one.

Unlike a typical conference with a few experts speaking to hundreds of attendees, you’ll be placed in a small crew from the start, and you’ll move through the entire summit with them.

Together, you’ll work through hard questions, challenge each other’s thinking, build real momentum, and become the best business owner you can be.

Who Is This For?

This is for founders who are all-in. People who’ve moved past the phase of pretending and are focused on getting better.

You take your work seriously and want to be around others who do the same. You’re showing up to grow, to learn, and to have conversations that actually move your business forward.

You might be in your first year, or already doing real revenue. That part doesn’t matter. What matters is how you show up, what you’re building, and the care you bring to it. This summit was built for founders like you.

Becoming The Modern Day Founder.

This summit is built around one idea: helping you become the modern-day founder.

The modern-day founder runs lean, prices with confidence, talks to customers constantly, makes decisions quickly, and builds something that lasts. You’ll hear talks and keynotes on these core behaviors that separate founders who get stuck from those who push forward. Then you’ll spend time in a small group with other founders, unpacking those ideas through real conversations. This is where the learning actually happens.

You’ll stay with the same group throughout the summit, building trust and challenging each other to make progress on what matters most. This format isn’t about passive listening. It’s about stepping in, sharing honestly, and moving forward together.

If you’re ready to grow into the next version of yourself, this is where it starts.

The Agenda of How We’ll Get There.

Tuesday, October 21st, 8:30 am-4:30 pm EST

Why we’re here
We’ll start by getting real about why we came and what we’re hoping might change.

The Story We’ve Outgrown
We’ll look at the story we’ve been building from and whether it still fits who we’ve become.

The Gap Between Here and There
We’ll get honest about the space between where we are and where we know we could be.

The Decision We’ve Been Avoiding
We’ll name the decision we’ve been putting off and what it’s costing us to wait.

Wednesday, October 22nd, 8:30 am-4:30 pm EST

The Founder We’re Becoming
We’ll step into the version of ourselves our businesses actually need next.

The Power of Bold Moves

We’ll talk about the moves that scare us a little but would change everything if we made them.

The Promises We’re Making
We’ll leave with clear promises that we intend to keep when we get home.

The Power of One
We’ll close by coming back to what this was all about and choosing what we’ll carry forward from here.

Where Is This Happening?

This is all happening at Convene in downtown Philadelphia. The space is bright, open, and built for focused conversation, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a layout that makes it easy to connect without distraction.

Right outside, you’ve got the energy of Center City, the charm of cobblestone streets, and the weight of real history. This is the birthplace of independence, but it’s also home to one of the most underrated founder scenes in the country.

You’ll be steps from Rittenhouse Square, surrounded by great food, good coffee, and blocks that feel built for momentum (or at least a soft pretzel from Federal Donuts).

The Power of One.

Entrepreneurship is a lonely road, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We all chose this path to challenge ourselves and pursue our dreams. Don’t let yourself become isolated by it.

The Thrive Summit is the only in-person event that will allow you to break through barriers, meet like-minded entrepreneurs, and actually work through challenges together.

The founder you are now isn’t the one who will walk out of this room.

What are the dates and location of the summit?

The summit takes place October 21–22 at Convene in downtown Philadelphia. You’ll spend two days in a structured, small-group experience with founders like you.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual during the day will keep you comfortable and in the right mindset for the sessions. After hours, you're obviously free to wear whatever feels like you.

You can register by grabbing your ticket here. Once you’re signed up, we’ll follow up with travel guidance, logistics, and everything you need to feel ready for October!

Yes, the venue has fast, reliable Wi-Fi, and you’ll have access the entire time you’re there. You’ll be able to check in on work during breaks, but we’re building the agenda so you won’t want to spend much time in your inbox.
